How to Eat Foods That Burn Belly Fat
You may not think that there are foods on the market that can actually burn belly fat, but there are. This article will divulge that secret and get you started to a thinner tummy.
Foods that are high is protein and rich in fiber are the best foods for burning fat in your belly area. Secondary to the protein and fiber is low fat dairy. Each of these foods will be discussed and examples of each type of food will be outlined for you.
Foods High in Protein
There are many excellent protein rich foods that burn fat. Dieters must include protein in their diets if they want to burn enough fat to slim their stomachs. The protein must be served in the right serving size so that over eating does not occur. A serving size of protein should be about four ounces.
Chicken should be served in a boneless, skinless fashion. This eliminates any of the extra fat and leaves on the best part of the chicken that gives us the protein we need.
Red meat is much higher in fat than white meat. Dieters may choose to get their protein through turkey instead of red meat. Turkey comes ground like meat, and of course you can buy low fat turkey breast to eat on a sandwich (if you use Weight Watchers bread). Eggs offer the much needed protein that helps us lose weight. The problem is that eggs can raise a persons cholesterol. There is a solution to this problem. The yolks can be removed from the eggs and a person can get the health benefits of the protein without the risk of high cholesterol.
Fish is an excellent source of protein. It is recommended that dieters eat either salmon or tuna which help slim down stomachs. The only warning is to make sure you don't add mayonnaise to your tuna fish. Mayo is loaded with fat. Instead, mix your tuna in to a salad and top with a fat free dressing. This makes for an excellent lunch. Salmon is the better choice for a healthy dinner meal. Simple spices can be added to the salmon to give it some extra flavor.
Foods Rich in Fiber
Foods that are rich in fiber keep your digestive tract healthy. This means that all the waste from the foods you eat is getting cleaned out of your body on a regular basis. This will keep you from storing up any excess fat. When you think of foods rich in fiber you may think about broccoli or Raison Bran. One lesser known fiber rich food is oatmeal.

Popeye was on to something when he made spinach popular.
Rich in Fiber and High in Protein
Beans deserve their own category as they are equally as rich in fiber as they are high in protein. Beans can be added to salads and low sodium soups for a delicious lunch. They also make a great side dish for any dinner. The important thing to remember is that you don't want to dress the beans up in sugary sauces like the sauce found in baked beans. Instead, mix your beans with some rice. Beans are perfect for vegetarians as they are the best way to get the daily recommended servings of protein.
Low Fat Dairy Foods
Many dieting individuals stay away from dairy products because they are high in fat. They don't realize that by staying away from the dairy products, they are depriving their bodies of much needed calcium. Consuming dairy foods should be a priority. You just need to change from consuming whole milk dairy products to low fat and non fat dairy products.

It is recommended that dieters consume at least four servings of dairy per day. These servings should not be made from whole milk, but rather the low fat or non fat milk. This could be a glass of low fat milk in the morning, a non fat yogurt for a mid morning snack, some low fat shredded cheese over an afternoon salad, and a serving of low fat cottage cheese with fruit topping for desert.

To lose weight faster you will want to exercise at least thirty minutes per day, five days per week. Not only will you lose weight at a faster rate, but you will also be much healthier. Exercise also increases your energy level which keeps up for doing anything your kids or friends might want to do.
Drink a glass of tea each day. Yes, water is important in slimming that stomach, but you can substitute one glass of water each day for a glass of tea. Tea will speed up an individuals metabolism and provide them with extra antioxidants. The tea must be brewed at home, and not bought in a bottle. Bottled tea will have added sugar and preservatives.
